For the COO role - what are the main leadership skills are you looking for?

Hello Rina,

The COO will work with the founders and the team leaders across the organisation. From a leadership standpoint, it is therefore essential for the candidate to have a broad view of the business and how the effort of each team contribute to the wider business outcomes and priorities.

The person will also need to have very strong ability to help progress topics from start to finish, usually working together with fellow PathMotioners.

Great communication skills are of course key as well, given how interactive the role is across the organisation.
