As with any interview, it's important to do research. Find out about what PathMotion is trying to do. We're a young start-up with great ambitions so, check us out on our social media channels and find out what our co-founders are doing. Think about what you can bring to PathMotion. Is it your great personality? Are there any unique skills that you will bring to the role you're applying to? What did you learn in your previous position?
Above all, my biggest tip is to "be yourself". Yes, this is VERY cliché but it's important as we're looking for people who are the right fit. We want the people we hire to be passionate about what they do.

Adding to what Kaeshelle said above, the person that interviews you will obviously be looking to deduce whether you're competent for the role, but will go further to look at how you solve problems.
Problem solving is a key attribute anywhere, but it's amplified when in smaller teams. So if anything, the advice I'd give is assume you have the capacity to improve a situation in any creative way, and that will help you tackle some interview questions!
