When recruiting, is the relevance of the question asked by a candidate on the platform analysed and taken into account ?

Relevant question Nicolas :)
We do like to know whether candidates who apply or come in for an interview have used the platform, asked (or read) any questions and get their opinion on what they think about it. We judge candidates on many criteria and the relevance of questions asked online and offline form part of those criteria but are only a piece of the wider aspects we will look into.
Any thoughts on how we should use the questions asked on the platform when we recruit?

Thanks for your answer !
Using the relevance of the questions asked by candidates effectively measures their interest and gives an idea of a candidate's curiosity. Moreover, the fact that you can publish anonymously still allows you to ask less "adapted" questions!
Beyond this aspect, it is beneficial in both directions because it initiates a relationship and creates a bond.
You could also use the most popular or frequently asked questions to put the information directly on your site !
