Hello, Thanks for your question.

As you can imagine, I cannot get into specifics but I will try to give you an answer.

I would say it is a balance between improving existing products (platform, Chatbot , Live Chat) and features and driving innovation and build for the future. There is also the operational aspect that we need to take into consideration which is serving our clients where they are. So, we are also focused on improving our infrastructure with increased availability and security.
