Client Success Coordinator

Hi Sean, thank you for your question!

My degree is International Business and Management, and during my course I studied some subjects and areas that have been very helpful at work. This is the example of HRM, or Human Resources Management. Working as a client success coordinator requires having a sufficient industry knowledge and a good understanding of clients’ needs. HRM helped me to know more about HR in general: how both candidates, employees and employers behave, how can they cooperate and find the way to achieve the desired outcomes. Subjects like HRM boosts your critical reasoning and thinking.

Other study fields such as International economy is also very important: you need to fully know the clients you're working with: industry and sector, their corporate culture and strategies, etc, as they are big multinational companies.

Extracurricular activities have been crucial as well. In my case, taking part in a debate group improved my creative problem-solving skills, required for this role without a doubt.

I hope this helps!
