We recently developed a suite of tools for measuring ROI for clients. Developing the tools was fairly straightforward however communicating this to clients and getting them to use them has been challenging.

We recently developed tools for measuring the impact of the platform on client hires in an attempt to quantify the return on investment (ROI) for clients.

Communicating this internally and subsequently to clients has been a challenge because the impact of these tools is not immediately obvious.
