Thanks for your question.
In my opinion, the most common engagement challenge we have with large clients is actually making sure that the Insiders who answer candidates questions are responding in a timely fashion and understand the importance of their role.
To combat this, the Client Success team regularly run training sessions with Insiders across all of our client base. This really helps to demonstrate just how little time it takes to answer candidates questions, the simplicity of use and ultimately keeps them engaged.

Yes, that's exactly right. Insiders are such an integral part of the platform, so if they are engaged then the client as a whole will be increasingly engaged as well.
