What is your biggest challenge at the moment?

Sorry for the delay in coming back to you - I've been travelling loads recently.
Thank you for your question and I'll do my best to help.

In terms of biggest challenge, I guess the best way to describe this is as follows.

The HR tech market is booming at the moment and there's some really great technology being created globally. I'm not sure how true this stat is but I once heard that there's over 24,000 pieces of HR tech currently on the market and I read in an industry report that in Q1 2016 something like $600m was invested by VC's in new HR tech.

So in an already crowded market, which is still growing - how does PathMotion stand out - how do we become the go-to piece of new technology in the HR market?

We are making great progress and you only have to look at some of the brands we work with but there's still a lot of work to be done.

However, Alon & David are heavily involved in the speaker circuit, we continue to release great ebooks such as our most recent on the topic of Diversity in Recruitment and we are looking to expand our marketing department and our hiring a Marketing Director, so hopefully through these initiatives and through new ideas we'll achieve that brand recognition we need.
