Hello,

In terms of recruitment, our priorities are to continue to grow across pretty much all teams in order to continue to innovate, grow our client base and deliver an exceptional service to our clients.

There are a couple of things which are important at the moment.

First, in pretty much all hires we are looking for people that have the potential to lead other people over time. This is because we are continue to expect to grow over the next coming years and will rely on the people we hire today to play a big part in leading the PathMotioners who will join us in the future.

Second, we start seeing more and more the need for specialist hiring across various team, be it Machine Learning Engineers in the product team or content writers and SEO experts in marketing. This expertise is key to flourish in B2B tech.
