Hello !

I know it sounds obvious but be yourself, there is nothing to stress about. Don't even hesitate to ask for a glass of water or a cup of coffee/tea because we want you to be totally comfortable with us during your interview 🐶

Explain what you've learned at school or at your previous work and how you can use those skills/knowledge to contribute at PathMotion (e.g. for a content job- your writing skills or for a sales job- what you achieved and how you did it). We also value your activities (cooking, dance, sport, travelling, etc.) so don't hesitate to mention those during the interview if you have the chance. You may also be asked a question regarding the company that requires a real deep thinking but you'll have only a few seconds to build your answer. Just so you know- there's no wrong or right answer, we just want to understand more about how you think.

Last but not least, don't hesitate to come and say hi to the rest of the team! If you like playing table tennis, you can challenge one of us but be aware- we are all very competitive.

Best regards,
Olivier

P.S. Definitely some bonus points for you if you make some researches about talent attraction, candidate experience, employer brand, diversity and inclusion in recruitment, etc., prior to the interview(s)
