Was moving to Dubai for work and back again challenging? How was it different?

I wouldn't say that moving between the UK and Dubai for work was particularly challenging as in both regions I was supported by a team and knew the challenges ahead and what was needed to achieve my goals. The only thing that I would consider as challenging was the different cultures that I experienced/ am experiencing: In Dubai, the sales process was different to that of the UK (e.g. the sales cycle was longer abroad) as well as the different mix of people I met within the companies in Dubai. Although it was different at times the experience has definitely helped to build my sales technique and how I approach certain customers.
