Hi Zoe !

not sure about the office's comparaison you are looking for, but let's give you a view about the team organisation:

Both offices host Sales and Client Support teams for their respective countries/market. PathMotion co-founders are also splitted, as Alon is based in London, and David and myself are based in Paris.

The Marketing team, Lead Gen and Finance/HR team is currently based in London, versus the Operation and Tech Team is mainly based in Paris (and now expanding in Ukraine also) working daily with our Product Manager based in London.

Whatever our geographical situation or office, our core target is being sure to build one unique and amazing corporate team spirit. Knowing that, this is important to notice that very often, people travels from an office to the other either for specific meetings reasons, or just to spend good and efficient time with their peers and the whole team.

Hope that help you understand our organisation.

Echoing Nassim, we put a lot of effort not to differentiate the offices and build one coherent team irrespective of location.

Teams across countries work very closely together and we do encourage everyone to spend time in the different locations (which happens naturally due to the nature of the way a we are structured). We promote this team environment by regularly organising cross border topical team sessions as well as going away all together twice a year, next trip happening in June in Agadir!

Hope this helps.

Nassim - I note in an earlier discussion you mention that Ops are in Paris but the new COO role will be in London. How do you envisage this working? Is the COO role being in London about providing additional leadership there?

Hi Ed,

Thanks. The COO’s role is to work with team leaders across the company/offices (one which to your question is the ops lead in Paris, a separate function focused on delivery of special operational projects, whereas the COO helps ensure efforts across all teams deliver key company objectives).

Hope that helps clarify.

Alon. That's great and really clear. Thank you. Ed
