Additional information

How are new features tested before being offered to current and potential clients? I would like to know more about how candidate and employee/employer experience is taken into account when testing out new features for the platform.

Hi Alama,

This is a great question. In general, we are following agile methodologies for development at PathMotion. We work in two week sprints, and as part of that, we have a phase of development call "UAT" or "User Acceptance Testing". After a feature has been developed and been peer reviewed in the code, our QA Engineer will test and accept the feature to ensure it passes all testing criteria. If not, it goes back to the engineering team for fixes and tweaks, and that process is repeated until the team is satisfied with the result.

Cheers!
Brian
