We have a great culture at PathMotion, which is largely due to the team members spirit and motivation. Before the Pandemic, we would head to pubs after work and bars with activities: Ping Pong, Crazy Golf and Football Tables. We have very competitive co-founders, so you really need to be ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved!
During the Pandemic, we ran virtual events with awards, pub quizzes on zoom, happy hours, and talks on the current economy and the future. Our co-founder, Alon, also met us individually (when it was allowed) for socially distanced walks in the park to catch up on how our mental health was doing, as well as a general chat.
Senior Team Leaders communication is pretty good, as they try to remain open and honest about what is happening within their teams - updating us on all the news. The co-founders communication has dramatically improved during the pandemic, with the need for complete honesty regarding the effect of the pandemic on our business. In regards to day to day, we work closely as a team with interaction across the board. We are very much a family, so everyone knows everyone, including the founders - there are no lone wolves.
