Emmanuelle Q.

marketing manager

Hi there,
You're right. It is a real challenge. Being French, and working in both languages is a real brain exercise. I need to switch from a language to another and try to be really rigorous.
But the most important thing is the cultural difference between the countries. It means that we can't promote and sell the products the same way we do it for France, the UK, and the US for example. It's really interesting!
Olivier C. and Jonathon D. create and manage content as well. They would be happy to give their insight.

Jonathon V.

operations director

I speak both English and French on a daily basis in the office, it's nice to have the opportunity and choice to speak whichever language. The content I manage is different from that of Emmanuelle's: less marketing and more on the operational side (think things like contracts, policies, internal documents). The only real considerations I need to continually make is time and deadlineseach document usually needs to be translated, so definitely requires more time!

Luckily we have good teams, and as it would happen, the majority of them have at least one English and French speaker!
