What attributes does PathMotion look for in a candidate?

Thanks for your question. There's no such as a skills' checklist you must complete before joining PathMotion although some skills will help you more than others.

From my own experience, I think some key skills to success at PathMotion are firstly, willingness to keep learning new things, as you will constantly need to adapt to different situations/clients. Secondly, team spirit, PathMotion is a strong community, no matter what your role is, you’ll work closely with most of the departments and will get to know their people. In third place, initiative, your opinion will be listened to, so don’t be afraid to speak up and share your thoughts.
