Is PathMotion a business that promotes from within and therefore offers genuine career progression?

Hello Will,

We have many people in the company who got promoted and who expanded their responsibilities from within. One of our interns became a full time client success manager, one of our client success manager became an operations director. Our EU lead generation manager has just expanded last month his geography to now also cover USA and is managing a team of 5 people (up from 1 person twelve months ago).

We were fortunate to reach our first 50 clients with only 7 people in the companies, and so we firmly believe that hiring people who have potential to take leadership position in the company will bring about the best outcome for our People and our Company.

We are planning a potential fundraise in 1-2y which is likely to imply a significant growth in the team. We therefore see the people that will join us this year as critical to become the next generation of leaders ahead of this team expansion.
