Hi,

We like to focus on customer service, given the product is constantly being developed and new features added, the type of customer care we offer is constantly evolving. That being said the basis is always the same, we have a robust touchpoint system where meetings and reviews are penciled in the diary at regular intervals (the intervals depend on the client & product etc). We are also a very proactive team and try to help our clients with making sure our product is truly aligned to their needs. All this is made possible by great wider team of PathMotion experts!
