Thanks for this great question!

The initial priority is to work closely with the SDR team to help create success at the top of the funnel.

Whilst there will be quite a lot of flexibility and experimentation to begin with, as you are coming in as the first person in the team, I believe that initial focus needs to fire up a lead nurturing process, put some of the infrastructure in place - such as scoring and work closely with PageUp, so that we can benefit from the work they are doing.
