Hi Dayo,
Thanks for your question. We are lucky to have privileged relationships with our clients and prospects which gives us great insights about what the industry is thinking of. A few of the important trends we are hearing about is an increased focus on:
- Personalising the user experience: there is a recognition that candidates behave like consumers and expect the same level of experience they get in their consumer lives
- Employee Generated Content: this is recognised in the industry as being the most reliable and credible source of information
- Diversity Recruitment: there is a big drive as organisations recognize they need to reach beyond usual talent pools and better reflect the customers they are serving (on top of a lot of research backing fact that organisations with a diverse workforce performs better)
I’ll let Florian D. and Will S. share more insights as they are exchanging very regularly with our clients.
Cheers,
David

Hi Dayo,
To add to what David has mentioned, we are seeing lots of our clients focusing on the candidate experience. For example, it is extremely important for our clients to allow potential candidates to interact directly with their employees and ask questions that they would not normally feel comfortable asking either recruiters or during an interview. In particular, clients are trying to address topics that include diversity, career progression and work life balance within their organisation.
