What is the work environment like?

Right now and in the UK, it's a bit unusual as we're all mostly working from home so it depends on your home office/kitchen/larder/coal bunker setup. It also seems as we will continue to quite a bit from home post-covid as well.

However, if we depart the physical realm, and look at the colleagues - they're a super friendly and collaborative bunch. I'm very new here, but everyone has been happy to take time out to brief and introduce me to what they do, as well as help when I ask.

One of the challenges with working remotely is always to encourage collaboration, and as things have opened up, we now have a few activities coming up together in the coming weeks.
