What’s different about working here than anywhere else you’ve worked?

That's a really great question. I have always worked for much larger organisations where you are not able to contribute to ideas that actually come to fruition in a short space of time. For example, within the Client Success team I have been able to have my voice heard in key processes and contribute to ideas for new product features that have then been created. At PathMotion, you are also able to take on a lot of responsibility early on which for me is very different when compared to the other companies I have worked for. I have found in my previous places of work it typically takes longer before you are able to take on as much.
