I love working as part of a smaller team. There is definitely more of a team spirit and the sense of all working together towards a goal. And with that you get to know everyone very well! I also enjoy the responsibility - with a small team you all have to be willing to work on a wider range of things. Often if you don't do it - then there isn't going to be anyone else to. This gives lots of day to day variety and again promotes that team spirit.
