what is work life balance like at your company?

Being flexible at work I feel is important, helps to retain staff long term, and help them grow. So I would like to know how this is achieved at the company.

Hello,
While we work hard at PathMotion, we respect work/life balance and are careful for instance not to set unrealistic goals, not to send emails outside of working hours, on weekends or when people are off, etc. We are however very focused on output and results and have a work hard, play hard attitude.
Outside of the Covid context where everyone works from home, we are trialling a work from home policy of 2 days per month and it is something we keep under review, balancing the benefits of close teamwork and remote work . We do also offer flexibility based on a case by case basis i.e. when people live far from the office and can work independently or when people need to work at home for personal reasons. We also work with remote teams in India and Ukraine.

Hi David, thank you for your answer. I like this attitude as its retains staff long term and with flexibility in certain roles / situations, results and output increases.
