Hi Alon do you have an end-goal in mind for Pathmotion?

Hi Josh,

We want to continue grow and especially expand our presence in the USA where we made a good start.

In terms of end goal, the trend in HR tech, and other other sectors, is often for an innovative company like us to join a larger HR tech group, where you can still innovate as well as leverage from a larger company’s client base and bandwidth. This trend is driven in part by the fact that buyers of enterprise software want to interact with software provider able to offer a suite of solutions, and by investors wanting to realise a return. When that happens, is still means growing, but from within a larger group.

The alternative for a company like ours is to continue grow and expand ourselves our product offering, both in house and through acquisitions, and potentially go public.

Either way, the HR tech market is undergoing a consolidation for the reasons i mentioned above, and so it is a question of choosing the most suitable path to it.

Which path we will take remains under review, as there are a benefits and considerations each side. Either way, people joining us will see exciting time ahead as the focus will always remain to innovate and grow.
