What are your ambitions for PathMotion?

Clients-wise, our key ambitions is to continue expand our client base in Europe were we have a strong presence, and similarly grow our presence in the USA were we have been present for the last couple of years.

At the same time, a key priority for us is to continue make our current clients as happy as possible by making sure the platform works to convince quality candidates to join them. This involves for example making sure they make best use of the platform features such as the new tool we put in place to allow Insiders to respond to questions by video, which has seen tremendous success over the last couple of months! All of this requires a very a strong and motivated PathMotion team and also means team members get given a lot of responsibilities early on to make a change!
