From Sales Exec to Client Success
Having graduated with a Geography degree in 2011, I started out a career in sales. As I gained more experience and worked my way up into more senior positions, I made the natural transition into Account Management and Client Success within the Education Technology sector. I very quickly realised that my favourite part of the job was building relationships with key stake holders and helping clients to achieve their goals year on year, whilst at the same time making a genuine impact on peoples lives.
Now I'm the Client Success Manager here at PathMotion where I get to help our clients utilise the platform in the best way possible and continue to have a positive impact on a large number of people.

The main purpose of my role is to help our client base achieve their goals and get the most out of the PathMotion platform. This ranges from helping clients with day to day best practice through to assisting them with conversion strategies, employer branding and generating powerful and persuasive content across a variety of their recruitment channels.
Helping clients to make a huge impact in a number of key areas
I really enjoy the fact that I get to work on exciting and engaging projects that make a genuine impact in key areas for our clients. For example, improving an employers perception and branding, helping them to achieve their conversion goals in recruitment, and ultimately improving the experience of potentially thousands of candidates applying to work with our clients.
Always try to keep learning and improving
Having worked in the tech industry for a number of years, it's safe to say that things constantly change. It's always good to keep learning as processes change, individual mind sets will change and ultimately technology not only changes but advances. If you can stay ahead of the curve and continue to learn, you will naturally improve your skill set.
