Hi Andrew, what is next in terms of development of the platform?

Hi Jennifer, thanks for your question.

We have got two overarching strategic goals for this year: to build on the core functionality of the platform and better serve clients globally.

On the first of these priorities we are focused on improving the content on the platform. This includes features to encourage users to ask questions which Insiders can use storytelling to answer. Stories are a powerful medium to communicate about an organisation, so we want our platforms to be full of great stories. We are currently testing a new Ask a Question form which does this. Also we are helping candidates who need ideas about what questions to ask, so we are testing new prompts and support to ask great questions.

These are just a few of the things our teams are working on to ensure there is great content on all platforms.
