For me, the most rewarding part of my job as a CSM, it's the good relationship I create with the clients, based on transparency and trust!
It's important for me to have a good time and to be able to laugh about silly things, while having a professional call, with a client.

Definitely the working closely with the team to solve a hard problem for the client. You get the benefit of working closely together, and you get the reward of delivering a solution for a client.
