From "sell to sell" to "sell with passion"
Growing up in a very multicultural environment made me realise that the International side would always be a key element in my professional journey. I graduated between Paris and Milan, in Business Consulting and Entrepreneurship. I started my career in Sales and discovered a world that fits my personality. I love being a major actor in a company's growth, seeing the impact of my work and constantly meeting new people in various industries. I've worked in different industries as an International Sales, to open new markets abroad: Toy industry, 3D engineering, FinTech. Somehow, I was missing a deeper meaning behind the products I was selling and needed something I'd believe 100% in. Now, I am finally at PathMotion to lead the DACH expansion (german-speaking countries) and I am beyond grateful to have found, not only a product I deeply believe in but also an amazing opportunity to develop a new market.
Conquering a new market!
I joined PathMotion to lead the DACH expansion (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), so my position is all about opening a new market. The main purpose of my role is to share my passion of PathMotion with prospects and develop a customer portfolio.
Actively contributing to the growth of the company
The main challenge but also what I love the most is to get to understand the differences between each market, never assume something will work here because it worked there, and always try different approaches. Something I discovered at PathMotion, is also the dimension of always bringing specific knowledge and expertise of the industry to our prospects. In the end, it doesn't matter whether we end up working together or not, because even if not, we try to leave our additional value behind every meeting which I find amazing. Finally, being in the Sales team at PathMotion is also being in direct relation with every team member such as customer success or product for example, which is a great lever to learn and grow fast. Everyone would always be keen to help and explain things because at the end of the day, we all have the same goal which is sharing the magic of PathMotion with the world and I assume, this is the beauty behind our team.
Be teachable
Never assume you know, even if you are sure you do. Sometimes talking less and listening more is the greatest way to grow.

I'm so happy to get to develop this expansion project from zero. It makes me very proud to see every tiny advancement in a market that is completely new to us and get to build strong relations with new prospects across Europe.
